About the Job:
As a Behavioral Health Technician, you’ll be at the heart of supporting and guiding youth in a residential care setting. This isn’t just a job; it’s a chance to provide compassion, care, and make a real difference in the lives of young people.
What You Will Do:
- Supervise and ensure youth’s basic needs are met while teaching them valuable life skills.
- Model positive behavior, problem-solving techniques, and promote emotional well-being.
- Keep the environment safe and supportive.
- Provide transportation to appointments and help facilitate social-emotional skill-building activities.
Location: Kansas City, KS
Your Schedule:
📅 Tuesday to Saturday, 2 PM - 10:30 PM
What We’re Looking For:
- A high school diploma (or GED) and a passion for working with youth.
- Previous experience working with children or in a behavioral health setting is a plus!
- Valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, and you must be at least 21 years old.
- The willingness to complete required training and documentation.
