Associate Director of Nursing Services – Pediatric Mental Health Hospital

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a nursing department representative, working alongside the Hospital Director to improve and innovate programs.
- Act as a liaison between the Director of Integrated Services, Clinical Services, and nursing/clinical staff to ensure seamless collaboration.

Train, practice, and model exceptional nursing care by:
- Delivering age-specific, developmentally appropriate psychiatric nursing care.
- Ensuring patient comfort and safety in compliance with hospital policies and legal regulations.
- Establishing and upholding nursing care standards in accordance with the Kansas State Board of Nursing, the State of Kansas, and KVC Health Systems.

What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Associate’s degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
- Licensure: Active Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) License. ANCC certification as a psychiatric nurse is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum two years of prior supervisory required; psychiatric nursing experience preferred.
