Role Highlights

Take charge of programming, setting up, and operating CNC Multi Axis Mill Turn Machines to transform metallic and non-metallic materials into precision components. Your expertise will not only meet but exceed customer needs by ensuring peak machine performance and superior product quality.

Qualifications and Expertise

• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Vocational training or apprenticeship ideal; at least a high school diploma required.
• Proficiency with NC Code and familiarity with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, or Siemens controls.
• Experience with DMG Mori, NLX, NZX series highly valued.

• Identifying internal non-conformance records
• 100% efficiency in compared estimations vs. actual
• Optimizing production output
• Maintaining accurate reporting of time, rework, scrap, and quantities

Tactical Duties

Dive into job folders to understand operations sequences, set up machinery, run jobs, inspect work, analyze issues, and confirm all jobs meet quality standards. Adjust NC Code to maximize job effectiveness and report on time and production according to company standards.

Strategic Vision

• Plan lights-out manufacturing and keep machines in top condition.
• Advocate for improvements in production, equipment, and job efficiency.
• Support the training of newcomers and uphold a tidy workspace.

Physical Requirements

Must be capable of extended periods of sitting or standing, operating computers, and lifting materials over 50 lbs.
