Job Summary
Kutztown University is accepting applications for open Custodial Worker 1 positions in the 2026-2027 fiscal year. Selected individuals will perform custodial duties in student residence halls, or academic buildings; as well as other seasonal duties including snow shoveling.
These are essential personnel positions.We currently have the following open positions:
1st shift Housing Custodial Worker 1 - 3 openings
2nd shift E&G Custodial Worker 1 - 2 openings
3rd shift E&G Custodial Worker 1 - 3 openingsMinimum Qualifications
Computer Literacy (email, Microsoft Office, Internet) Required.Preferred Qualifications
Previous custodial experience in an industrial setting (hospital, nursing home, etc.) is preferred.Supplemental Information
Applications will be accepted throughout the 26-27 year, and this position will remain open to fill all Facilities & Housing Custodial Worker 1 positions that are open.
The starting salary for this position is $32,724.00.00, per the AFSCME contract.
