Description:
Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that bridge business needs and technical solutions. You will drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs - from concept through execution - ensuring alignment across many teams.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership: Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multi-phase programs that span several teams, technologies, and business areas.
Strategic Alignment: Define goals, success metrics, and delivery roadmaps.
Technical Integration: Understand system architecture, data flows, and dependencies to identify risks, blockers, and integration challenges early.
Execution Management: Build and manage program plans, milestones, and timelines using agile and hybrid methodologies.
Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, concise updates on program status, dependencies, and risk mitigation to executives and cross-functional partners.
Governance and Reporting: Establish program governance frameworks, dashboards, and cadence reviews to ensure accountability and transparency.
Continuous Improvement: Apply learnings to improve delivery efficiency and predictability.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the connective tissue between teams and business stakeholders
Qualifications
Experience: 10 years in program or project management, preferably in a technical or product-driven environment.
Technical Fluency: Understanding of system design, APIs, data models, and software development life cycles (SDLC).
Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MSFT, or similar program tracking tools.
Methodologies: Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall/hybrid delivery frameworks.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
Leadership: Proven ability to influence without authority, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive alignment across within internal and external teams
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives and drive alignment across distributed teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience with AI/ML, data platforms, or cloud infrastructure programs.
Strong analytical skills for decision-making based on technical and business tradeoff
