Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of hair services including intricate barber and salon haircuts.
- Perform grooming services such as beard trims.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure client safety.
- Use salon software like Acuity to schedule appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs.
- Assist with front desk duties when needed, including greeting clients, managing wait times, and supporting store management tasks.
Experience
- Proven experience working in the industry as a hairstylist or barber with valid barber/cosmetology licence
- Competent in barbering skills such and grooming services tailored for men’s styles.
- Familiarity with sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Strong communication skills for engaging clients effectively and understanding their desired outcomes.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple client appointments efficiently.
Pay: $150.00 - $400.00 per day
