Responsibilities
- Assist in managing client accounts by coordinating cleaning schedules, sanitation protocols, and service delivery standards
- Supervise cleaning staff and custodial teams, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations
- Oversee industrial cleaning projects, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and sanitation procedures
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor team performance, conduct training sessions on safety regulations, cleaning & sanitation management, and hospitality standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, including proper handling of laundry services and janitorial tasks
- Support management in planning staffing schedules, conducting performance evaluations, and maintaining quality standards
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience in cleaning services or custodial environments, preferably within industrial or commercial settings
- Extensive background in hotel or hospitality housekeeping management is highly desirable
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, safety regulations, and management of janitorial or laundry operations
- Excellent managerial communication skills coupled with a customer-focused mindset
- Prior experience in industrial cleaning or commercial cleaning projects is a plus
- Familiarity with team supervision, management principles, and delivering exceptional customer service
