Kusshi at Pike & Rose is looking for FOH staff as we enter the busiest season of the year!

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage seating and coordinate reservations to optimize table turnover.
- Communicate effectively with guests regarding wait times and special requests.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
- Provide information about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies to guests.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, enhancing guest relations.
- Complete given side-work every shift
- Enter orders into the POS system and process payments
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a host or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Toast or similar platforms, is a plus.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Must have a drivers license
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
