Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (30 minute lunch)

Kuska Autism Services is seeking a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented Spanish-Speaking ABA Therapy Clinic Support person and Scheduler to join our growing team. In this role, you will play an essential part in ensuring children and families receive the support they need by coordinating therapy schedules and serving as a key point of communication between clients, families, and clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities as a Scheduler
- Coordinate and maintain ABA therapy schedules with accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients, families, therapists, and internal team members.
- Manage complex scheduling needs while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Monitor and update scheduling systems to ensure accurate records and therapist availability.
- Generate and review reports requiring basic mathematical and analytical skills.
- Maintain strict attention to detail and follow established company procedures and protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service while demonstrating patience, courtesy, and professionalism in every interaction.
- Candidates must demonstrate excellent written communication skills and be able to draft clear, professional emails, messages, and documents with a high degree of accuracy in grammar and spelling.
Key Responsibilities as a Clinic Support
- Welcome and assist clients, families, and visitors by checking clients in and out and providing a positive front office experience.
- Greet and assist walk-in visitors, job candidates, and guests attending appointments or interviews.
- Open and prepare the clinic each morning to ensure it is ready for daily operations.
- Receive, organize, and distribute incoming shipments and deliveries.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the clinical team as needed.
- Manage clinic inventory, including monitoring supply levels, ordering materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Perform other front office and clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Comfortable working with scheduling software and learning complex systems.
- Basic math and problem-solving skills.
- High level of maturity, responsibility, and professionalism.
- Experience in scheduling, healthcare administration, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
