About the Role
Do you love working with children and helping them achieve their goals? Are you curious, compassionate, and eager to learn new skills? Kuska Autism Services is currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in North Salt Lake and surrounding areas.
No experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive, paid training to help you build a meaningful career in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
As an RBT, you’ll work one-on-one with children and teens with autism, helping them make meaningful progress toward their individualized goals. These goals may include improving communication, building daily living and adaptive skills, enhancing social interactions, and more. Each session is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Evening availability (3:30–7:00 p.m.) is highly valued and required for full-time positions.

Minimum Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident
If you have experience in childcare, education, psychology, or a related field — that’s a plus! But it’s not required. We’ll provide the tools and training you need to succeed.
