What You’ll Do
Ensure compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations (no shortcuts here).
Run day-to-day operations of the dispensary with efficiency and accountability.
Lead, train, and motivate a team that reflects our values: professionalism, respect, and passion for the plant.
Manage inventory with accuracy and transparency.
Drive sales growth while keeping the customer experience at the center.
Represent KushKlub in the community and build strong vendor/brand relationships.
What We’re Looking For
3 years in retail management (cannabis industry experience a major plus).
Strong leadership skills — able to hold a team accountable while keeping morale high.
Operational know-how: scheduling, inventory, compliance, sales.
Someone who moves fast, adapts quickly, and thrives under pressure.
