The Sales Coordinator – Security Products serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, supporting Business Area Security with a focus on card, brand protection, and high-security products. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supporting sales revenue goals, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, sales, and internal teams.
- Provide responsive customer support and ensure on-time order processing and shipments
- Coordinate communication between customers, sales, manufacturing, planning, and accounting
- Enter and manage sales orders, order changes, and customer complaints in CRM systems
- Verify purchase orders and gather customer specifications to process orders accurately
- Monitor order progress through production and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Maintain accurate documentation for orders, invoices, pricing, and related records
- Promote new products and support sales growth initiatives
- Identify process improvements and support continuous improvement efforts
- Occasional client site travel (less than 10%)
- Associate’s degree or 2–3 years of related experience (or equivalent combination)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP or order entry system experience preferred
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
