Transportation Engineer

Client are seeking a Transportation Engineer with 5 10 years of experience to join a growing transportation team in Baton Rouge, LA. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to work on a variety of transportation and roadway improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Transportation and roadway design projects
Corridor, capacity, and safety improvement projects
Drainage, earthwork, striping/signage, and construction plan preparation
Quantity take-offs and cost estimates
Coordination with clients and internal project teams
Construction support and project closeout activities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
PE License (Louisiana or ability to obtain) must
5 10 years of transportation engineering experience
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation
Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, PondPack, SWMM, or related tools
Familiarity with DOT standards and transportation projects
