Regional Construction Manager

Location: Southeast U.S. (State of GA and surrounding)
Role Overview: Lead construction operations regionally, manage multiple projects, develop strategy, and handle P&L for Southeast region.
Pay Range: USD ~ $190,000 $230,000 / year

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple construction projects in Southeast U.S.

• Develop and implement regional construction strategy aligned with growth goals

• Financial oversight: budgeting, resource allocation, cash flow, margins

• Lead regional staffing, subcontractor engagement, and vendor relationships

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and regulatory requirements

• Report to senior leadership on regional performance, forecasts, and risks

Desired Experience / Skills:

• Proven senior construction leadership (Regional / Division level)

• Experience managing large-scale projects, multiple sites

• Strong financial acumen: P&L, forecasting, and budgeting

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management

• Familiarity with construction safety standards and compliance
