Social Operations Coordinator

KDX is a digital strategy company working with high-performing artists and brands to create impactful content for the digital age.
KDX is looking for a highly organized, social-native operator to help support our fast-moving
creative and social team. This role is built for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments,
understands internet culture instinctively, and can help keep communication, projects, and
people moving throughout the day.
Our company operates in real time. Communication happens constantly through iPhone group
chats, WhatsApp, Slack, and live collaboration across multiple projects and clients. We need
someone who can keep up with that pace, stay on top of moving pieces, and help ensure
nothing important gets missed.
This is not a traditional assistant role. We are looking for someone proactive, resourceful,
culturally aware, and willing to jump in wherever needed to support the team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and help manage internal communication across iPhone group chats, WhatsApp,
Slack, and team channels
- Help identify important action items, deadlines, approvals, and follow-ups throughout the day
- Keep projects and deliverables moving between creative, social, production, and account
management teams
- Assist leadership with scheduling, calendar management, meeting coordination, and sending
invites
- Follow up with team members and clients when responses or approvals are needed
- Help organize priorities and maintain alignment across multiple ongoing projects
- Support account managers and creative leads with communication and coordination
- Stay highly aware of trends, creators, internet culture, and platform shifts across TikTok,
Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms
- Surface relevant trends, references, and reactive opportunities to the team
- Assist with creative organization including references, links, decks, feedback, and content
tracking
- Help reduce communication bottlenecks and maintain momentum across the company
Qualifications
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume communication environments
- Deep understanding of social media culture and creator-driven content
- Naturally proactive and able to anticipate needs without constant direction
- Comfortable being on your phone and plugged into communication throughout the day
- Ability to prioritize quickly and adapt in real time
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Bonus Points
- Experience working in social media, creative agencies, production, or creator-focused
environments
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and current internet trends
Experience with scheduling platforms, Google Calendar, Notion, Slack, Frame.io, or project
management tools- Basic understanding of content production and social workflows
