What You'll Do
- Prepare food products according to Kuppa Joy recipes and production standards.
- Assist with baking, assembling, portioning, packaging, labeling, and staging products for delivery.
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all products.
- Follow daily production schedules to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with ingredient preparation and inventory organization.
- Communicate with teammates to ensure smooth production flow.
- Follow all food safety, health, and workplace safety procedures.
- Help receive and properly store deliveries.
- Support additional kitchen and production needs as assigned.

Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequently bend, twist, reach, and lift.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Work in both warm and refrigerated environments.
- Perform repetitive food preparation tasks.
- Safely operate commercial kitchen equipment.
Schedule & Availability
- Part-time or Full-time opportunities available.
- Monday thru Saturday 5:00am to 1:30pm
- Saturdays and Holidays are required based on production needs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
