Certified Title Clerk Department of Licensing Agency

Kunthara Auto License, Lynnwood, is seeking a Certified or being Certified Vehicle Title Clerk with Sub-agency experience to join our family! Flexible full-time, part-time, moonlighting, etc. If you are currently employed, you can try us out to see if we fit your criteria. Responsibilities:

• Process vehicle title transfers accurately within required time frames.
• Maintain and organize title documentation for Department of Licensing.
• Answer phone inquires.
• Assist in various clerical and administrative tasks to support office needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Energetic, Outgoing with clean casual appearance for better customer experience.
• Accuracy and detail oriented and able to type well.
• A quick learner with a high aptitude for complex transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to pass a WSP Background check.

• Desire to continuously improve knowledge.
• Accuracy with money transactions.
• Microsoft office - a plus.

Schedule:

8 hour Day shift, Monday to Friday, Saturday half day - as needed.

Pay: Negotiable based on experience - Starting Pay is based on experience - Excellent Performance based bonus!
