Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, taking their orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
• Prepare a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items following established recipes and safety standards.
• Process cash, credit, and mobile payments accurately while managing cash handling responsibilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food prep stations and seating areas, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent time management skills to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies, monitoring product freshness, and recording sales data.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a positive experience for every guest.

Requirements

• Prior barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is highly preferred.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently.
• Knowledge of food handling, food safety standards, and proper food preparation techniques.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods.
• Basic understanding of retail math for sales transactions and inventory tracking.
• Previous experience in food service or café environments is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
