Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks with precision and care
- Operate POS systeml
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the café area, including food preparation and handling tasks
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick turnaround without compromising quality or customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
