At Kunes Country Automotive and RV Group the Receptionist plays a vital role in our organization by providing professional and courteous service to our customers.
Job Description (responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following)
- Answer multi-line phone system in a timely, professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure all calls are answered or transferred to voice mails if team members are unavailable.
- Receive payments for all service, parts and sales down payments.
- Reconcile cash payments made daily to reconciliation template.
- Stock in new and purchased units.
- Process wholesale deals.
- Multitasking at any one time
- Order all office supplies as needed.

Experience
- High School Diploma.
- 1 years of cashiering/receptionist experience
- Automotive dealership experience preferred but will train the right candidate
