Your Role:
As the Claims Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all early and high insurance and warranty claims for our ignition dealer services clients are thoroughly reviewed and validated. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you:
- Review All Insurance Claims: Meticulously examine insurance claims for pre-existing conditions on vehicles to ascertain their complete history. This critical task forms the foundation of our claims assessment process.
- Investigate Vehicle Histories: Dive deep into each vehicle's past, uncovering hidden details that may impact claim validity.
- Detect Fraud: Investigate potential fraudulent activities related to dealership sales and F&I products, ensuring integrity in our processes.
- Coordinate Inspections: Order inspections from trusted vendors to gain deeper insights into claims and make informed decisions.
- Navigate Warranty Claims: Assess claims in collaboration with third parties to determine coverage by manufacturers and parts warranties.
- Support Customers: Engage with customers to explain warranty issues, guide them through the claims process, and provide clear next steps.
- Maintain Records: Keep meticulous records of all pending warranty claims to ensure smooth operations.
