We’re currently seeking an Office Admin to support our dealership accounting office and help ensure accurate financial reporting across all departments.Job Summary:The Office Admin plays a critical role in supporting the Office Manager in managing day-to-day accounting operations. This includes preparing financial statements, processing dealership transactions, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer and government regulations.Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing monthly financial statements in line with dealership and manufacturer guidelinesProcess posted documents including vehicle deals, payroll, commissions, and inventory changesReconcile select accounts monthly and support end-of-month closePrepare daily cash reports and bank deposits; assist in cash flow forecastingMonitor petty cash and manage vehicle floor plan payoffsProvide support with sales commission reports and warranty claim trackingAssist with annual audits and ensure tax documents are accurately filedHelp manage AR/AP functions and follow up on outstanding accountsCollaborate with dealership departments to maintain up-to-date financial recordsCross-train to cover the Office Manager role when neededRequirements:Qualifications:2–4 years of automotive dealership accounting experience requiredKnowledge of financial statement preparation and general ledger processesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with dealership DMS systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) a plusProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office softwarePreferred Experience:4–10 years of accounting/office management experience in an automotive environmentPrevious experience supporting multi-location dealerships is a plusWork Environment:This position operates in a dealership office environment.
