Representatives (BDC / Appointment Setters) in Delavan, WI.
This is a full-time, in-person position. This is NOT a remote role.

Pay & Schedule
- $17/hour base performance bonuses
- Bonus opportunities tied to appointments and results
- Full-time schedule with evenings and rotating weekends
- Consistent, predictable scheduling
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails
- Set and confirm sales appointments for dealership customers
- Follow up with leads and missed appointments to re-engage customers
- Use scripts and communication techniques to move customers toward appointments
- Document all activity in CRM systems accurately
- Work across multiple systems and screens while managing conversations
- You’ll be on the phone most of the day—this is a high-call, fast-paced role
- You’ll be texting, emailing, and following up constantly
- Some customers won’t answer or will cancel—that’s part of the job
- The people who succeed here are consistent, competitive, and don’t get discouraged easily
- This role is a proven stepping stone into automotive sales and leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable on the phone and talking with new people daily
- Reliable and shows up when they say they will
- Able to handle a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication skills (phone, text, email)
- Basic computer skills (CRM systems, multitasking across screens)
- Positive attitude and coachable mindset
Experience in customer service, call center, or sales is helpful—but not required. We will train the right person.
