Position Summary:
The Enrollment & Engagement Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting student growth and program success by guiding new families through the enrollment process and fostering continued student participation. This part-time role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and passionate about helping children thrive in an academic setting.
Key Responsibilities
Enrollment:
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and their families.
- Conduct initial consultations (phone, virtual, or in-person) to explain program offerings and enrollment procedures.
- Guide families through the enrollment process, including paperwork and assessments.
- Track inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollment statuses in the student management system.
- Collaborate with the Center Director to meet weekly/monthly enrollment goals.
Retention & Engagement:
- Monitor student attendance, progress, and engagement levels.
- Communicate regularly with parents to provide feedback and support.
- Assist in organizing engagement efforts such as recognition programs, newsletters, or events.
- Identify potential withdrawal risks early and work proactively to address concerns.
- Support center operations during student sessions as needed (i.e., check-ins, materials prep, light administrative tasks).
- Social Media engagement to highlight student success & progress.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience in education, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
- Comfort working with parents, students, and basic data tracking tools.
- Highly organized with good time management.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Our Ideal Candidates will also:
- Be available to work a minimum of two days between Monday-Thursday, 3pm-6pm. Additional hours will be required during high enrollment periods, not to exceed more than 15 hours/week. Preference given to those who can work additional hours, as needed.
