Responsibilities
- Assist, guide, and support students according to the Kumon principles
- Assist with planning, coordinating, and implementing student learning plans
- Provide a positive and nurturing learning environment
- Engage & communicate with Instructor regarding student performance
- Grade student work & maintain student records
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Proficient in Math & Reading (Assessment will be required)
- Ability to remain patient and positive with students
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
