As an Adult Center Operations Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our center. Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as organizing materials and maintaining student records.
- Supporting the instructional team by preparing worksheets and other learning resources.
- Managing the flow of students during center hours to ensure an organized and efficient learning environment.
- Providing excellent customer service to parents and guardians by addressing inquiries and communicating updates.
- Helping to maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional atmosphere in the center.

We’re seeking candidates who bring professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong attention to detail. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- A passion for education and working with children.
