Part-Time Teaching Assistant / Grader at Kumon Center
We are seeking friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented part-time staff to assist in our math and reading learning center.
This role primarily involves grading student worksheets, organizing materials, and helping maintain a positive and structured classroom environment for elementary and middle school students.

Responsibilities
- Grade students' worksheets using answer books
- Assist students with questions when needed
- Help maintain a calm, positive, and organized classroom environment
- Support instructors with daily center operations
Requirements

Schedule
- Center is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
- Typical shifts are from 4 PM to 7 PM
- Staff are not required to work all four days
- Once a schedule is selected, staff are expected to be consistent and dependable on their assigned days
- This position is year round
Compensation
- Starting pay typically ranges from $8–12 per hour depending on experience and availability
- Opportunities for increased pay and responsibility after training
