Join our team and make a difference in students' academic success! We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Teaching Assistant to support students in math and reading while maintaining a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Grade classwork and homework accurately.
- Assist students with math and reading when needed.
- Monitor student progress and encourage independent learning.
- Prepare learning materials and organize student files.
- Perform light administrative tasks and maintain a clean, organized center.
- Provide excellent customer service to students and parents.
Qualifications:
- Strong math and reading skills.
- Reliable, dependable, friendly, punctual, and able to consistently work assigned shifts.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work well with children of all ages.
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience is a plus but not required.
- Must commit to the job for at least 1 year.
This is a part-time position. Current class hours:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays 3:00-7:00pm
Saturdays: 9:20am-1:00pm
