Learning Center Receptionist

Required availability is on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 3-6:30pm with the opportunity to expand in the future.

As our Front Desk Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our center. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting students and parents with a warm and professional demeanor. - Answering the business phone and speaking directly with clients to provide information or address inquiries. - Managing appointment schedules and maintaining accurate records. - Assisting with general administrative tasks to support the center’s daily operations. - Creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all who visit our center.
