Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and maintaining center documentation.
Handle inquiries from parents, students, and staff, providing excellent customer service.
Manage communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
Staff Coordination:
Support the hiring and training processes for new instructors and assistants.
Coordinate staff schedules and assignments.
Provide guidance and support to instructors in implementing Kumon's teaching methodologies.
Student Engagement:
Interact with students and parents to monitor progress and address concerns.
Organize and participate in parent-teacher conferences.
Foster a positive learning environment and encourage student motivation.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure the implementation of Kumon's curriculum and methodologies.
Monitor the performance of instructors and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the Center Director to assess and address challenges in program delivery.
Center Operations:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the learning center.
Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract new students.
Collaborate with the Center Director on center growth and expansion strategies.
Qualifications:

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
