Summary:
The Salesforce Specialist will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms. Associate will play a crucial role in optimizing the performance and functionality of these systems to support our customer service operations and marketing initiatives.

***This role requires the candidate to be in the Rutherford, NJ area.***

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• 2 - 4 years of experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, profiles, roles, sharing rules, permission, etc. in Salesforce Clouds and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Configure and customize the platforms to meet business requirements and enhance user experience, as well as providing the technical documentation affiliated to said configurations and customizations.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Design and implement automation processes and configuration changes, including workflows, flow builder, process builder, and page layouts
• Configure and maintain integrations between Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud and other systems, such as ERP and CRM platforms
