What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Teacher position at Kumon and Careers?
Kumon is an after-school math and reading program that employs a unique learning method designed to help each child master the basics of math and reading, as well as, develop the skills needed to perform to his or her full potential. We are seeking an individual who possess a strong academic background in reading and math. Good grades in Math and English/Reading are essential for the job position. High school and College students are highly encouraged to apply.
Our center is located at Sacramento, Greenhaven area; this is a year-round position. The shifts are Wednesdays 3pm to 7pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 10 per week
