- Handle cash with precision, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding menu items or store products.
- Promote upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and dining space, including bussing tables as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Follow all company policies regarding cash handling and customer service protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating a cash register is advantageous.
