Safety Manager
Overview:
The Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations and safeguarding the safety of employees. This role involves identifying hazards, developing and implementing safety policies, and conducting training programs to prevent accidents. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement workplace safety regulations and procedures.
-Inspect the work environment to identify and evaluate potential hazards.
-Plan and execute safety inspections and audit schedules.
-Prepare accident reports, investigate the causes, and recommend preventive measures.
-Design and provide safety education and training programs for employees.
-Ensure the proper use and maintenance of safety equipment and facilities.
-Maintain communication with regulatory agencies and comply with the latest safety regulations and laws.
-Develop and execute emergency response plans for crisis situations.
-Monitor and analyze safety performance to identify improvement measures.
Experience:
-At least 5 years of experience in safety management, industrial safety, or construction.
-Safety-related certifications (OSHA 30 or higher).
-Strong understanding of safety management software and tools, as well as heavy equipment.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Outstanding communication and training abilities.
-fluent in English and Spanish.
-Proficient in Excel and document processing.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
