Manage compensation programs, surveys, and reporting to ensure fair and competitive pay practices. Partner with business leaders to evaluate positions, administer salary programs, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Lead administration of Maverik’s annual survey and benchmark review, preparing data and conducting market pricing analysis.
- Own and maintain the MarketPay system, including job matches, survey library, integrations, and data integrity.
- Manage survey submissions, including researching potential surveys, proposing schedules/budgets, and preparing submissions.
- Evaluate new and revised positions, recommend salary grades/ranges, conduct job audits, and ensure accurate FLSA designations.
- Monitor internal equity to maintain fair pay practices by analyzing incumbent job levels and salaries.
- Ensure compensation programs comply with laws, rules, and internal policies; update HR policy/procedure documentation.
- Develop and recommend salary range information for new and existing team members; prepare compensation statements and calculate salary increase costs.
- Support anniversary, annual merit, and incentive processes.
- Process compensation changes and one-time payments within HR systems.
- Prepare and analyze compensation reports and dashboards for business stakeholders and leadership.
- 1 years of human resources experience, preferably in compensation.
- 1 years of direct experience with salary administration and compensation systems.
- Experience supporting diversified compensation activities or HR systems.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize, operate independently, and solve problems effectively.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
