About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving our growth by supporting B2B customers, marketing products, accurately processing orders, and identifying new business opportunities. You will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, developing strong relationships while delivering solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts, providing quotes, pricing, and product information.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales.
- Accurately prepare and process sales contracts and orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Develop and apply knowledge of lifting and rigging applications and products.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new product developments, and competitor activity.
- Consistently deliver excellent service and follow through on commitments.
What We’re Looking For
- Sales & Customer Service Expertise: 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer service Rigging industry sales experience preferred
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to build trust quickly.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn and demonstrate product knowledge, including technical features and limitations.
- Business Skills: Skilled in negotiation, business development, quoting, and relationship management.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with CRM systems.
- Personal Qualities: Self-starter with a positive attitude, strong multitasking skills, and a drive to achieve results.
