Are you obsessed with beauty storytelling and building community through engaging content? Kulfi is looking for an Organic Social Manager to bring our brand to life across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
You’ll work closely with our Senior Manager to plan, produce, and post content that’s visually stunning, culturally relevant, and always on-brand.
What You’ll Do
- Content Planning: Own the social calendar and align content with launches and campaigns.
- Short-Form Video: Ideate and produce platform-optimized videos that drive engagement.
- Shoot Coordination: Plan and manage social shoots—shot lists, logistics, and on-set capture.
- Founder & Educational Content: Support founder-led moments and create tutorials and explainers.
- Analytics: Track performance and optimize content based on what’s working.
- Collaboration: Work with creatives, MUAs, stylists, and the Brand team to keep everything cohesive.
What You Bring
✔ 2–4 years in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
✔ Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beauty content trends
✔ Experience with tools like Planoly, InShot, CapCut, etc.
✔ Strong visual eye, production coordination skills, and attention to detail
