Position Overview

We're seeking a passionate, knowledgeable performance coach to join our elite coaching team on a contract basis. This role offers immediate growth potential as we continue scaling our youth programs, team partnerships, and executive memberships during our busiest season (November-February).

You'll deliver our proven speed-based training methodology to athletes of all levels in a dynamic, high-energy environment where results matter and excellence is the standard.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Training Sessions: Conduct small group (5-15 athletes), semi-private, and private training sessions using our proprietary speed-first methodology
  • Program Delivery: Execute circuit-style training programs focused on speed development, power generation, and multidirectional movement
  • Athlete Assessment: Utilize force plates (Hawkin Dynamics), Dashr lasers, and other performance technology to track athlete progress
  • Technical Instruction: Teach proper mechanics for our Bounce Fire series and other KSP-specific training protocols
  • Client Experience: Create an elite, professional atmosphere that reflects our high-performance culture
  • Collaboration: Work alongside our experienced coaching staff to maintain program quality and consistency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with force plate analysis or velocity-based training
  • Background as a competitive athlete (collegiate level or higher)
  • Experience coaching multiple sports or age groups
  • Knowledge of periodization and program design principles
  • Familiarity with youth athletic development models
