We’re looking for a passionate, experienced Sales Executive who knows the office furniture industry and is ready to hit the ground running.
About the Role
As a Sales Executive at KUL, you’ll be more than a salesperson, you’ll be a workspace consultant. If you have experience with contract furniture, love working with clients, and want to be part of a team that values trust and creativity this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Research and identify new business opportunities across Central Florida
- Proactively engage potential clients via in-person visits, calls, and networking
- Respond to incoming leads and prepare sales presentations or proposals
- Build and nurture a solid sales pipeline with high-value accounts
Consultative Selling
- Understand client needs and offer creative, functional office furniture solutions
- Deliver compelling presentations on our full suite of furniture and services
- Collaborate with our design, install, and project management teams for large or complex jobs
- Negotiate deals with confidence and professionalism
Sales Operations
- Track and report on key sales metrics, forecasts, and account updates
- Ensure accuracy in specs and order entries
- Close sales with signed agreements and clear timelines
Client Relationship Management
- Be a responsive, reliable point of contact for your clients
- Provide after-sale follow-up and support to ensure satisfaction
- Work with accounting to resolve billing or credit issues if they come up
What We’re Looking For
- 1 years of experience in the office furniture or contract furniture industry (required)
- Experience working at a dealership or with commercial design teams
- Ability to read blueprints or construction drawings (a big plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own book of business
- Confident, motivated, and a natural relationship-builder
