Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management or Accounting, or equivalent industry training
- 4 years of experience in hospitality financial management, including budgeting, financial statement analysis, and accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with POS sales software, Property Management, HOA, and/or Real Estate Sales transactions a plus
- Prepare and manage the Club budget and KCA budget
- Distribute monthly preliminary financial statements
- Review and approve AP invoices in Plate IQ
- Liaise with Department Heads to ensure accurate accounting and financial reporting
- Liaise with external partners - CPA, insurance brokers, collections, etc.
- Review and post monthly dues and finance charges
- Facilitate monthly closing process and maintain accounting chart of accounts
- Provide backup support to the Club Accounting Associate
