Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily routines, personal hygiene, and medication administration in accordance with treatment plans.
- Conduct behavioral assessments and collect data to monitor progress and inform treatment strategies.
- Implement behavior management techniques based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles to promote positive behaviors.
- Respond effectively to crisis situations using crisis intervention and crisis management skills to ensure safety for clients and staff.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and logs while adhering to HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and families to coordinate care plans and update progress reports.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with individuals with Co-occuring disorders is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and experience managing emergency situations confidently.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, vital signs monitoring, and medical documentation practices.
- Strong understanding of behavioral health concepts including behavior management, addiction counseling, and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Excellent communication skills for intake procedures, data collection, and patient care documentation.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.50 per hour
