Reports To: Office Manager / Agency Owner
Base Pay and Benefits: $35,000 - $45,000 starting. Benefits available. Bonus available after 90 days introductory period.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Assist with processing insurance applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
- Maintain and update client records in the agency management system
- Support agents with document preparation and policy review
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, Associate’s degree, or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Ability to multitask
