Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Title Attorney based in Denver, CO, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include conducting detailed title research, addressing title examination and curative issues, drafting legal documents, providing legal advice, negotiating agreements, and ensuring that property transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations. Collaboration with internal teams and clients is essential to ensure effective and thorough legal services.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Law, particularly oil, gas, and mineral law, as well as Labor and Employment Law
- Experience providing accurate and strategic Legal Advice to address client needs
- Proficiency in conducting thorough Research and title examinations
- Effective Negotiation skills, particularly in transactional matters
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active licensure to practice law in Colorado
- Familiarity with land and title software systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
