What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Supervisor position at KUHN NORTH AMERICA?
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for controlling and directing the receiving, storage and distribution of all raw, work-in-process, and finished goods material to and from the warehouses. This includes personnel and equipment initiatives to optimize safe, timely, and cost-effective product output by the Company. Duties include developing/maintaining supply chain strategies/goals, ensuring accountability for controlled inventory and finished goods shipping/warehousing and supervising shipping/warehouse employees and facilities. A bachelor’s degree in business or a related degree program and/or a minimum of five years shipping and warehouse supervision experience is preferred. Knowledge of farming/agriculture, experience in the heavy industrial or agricultural equipment industry, and knowledge of MS Office and computer system application in warehouse management is also preferred.
