What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Sales Manager (Central US Region) position at KUHN NORTH AMERICA?
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for attaining the Company’s goals in the assigned region by working with assigned sales/support personnel (Territory Managers, Field Support Representatives & Field Product Specialists) to successfully market the Company’s products over the long term, through a committed dealer network to satisfy our agricultural customers’ desire for maximum return on investment. Duties include directing and managing the activities of the regional staff, working with regional staff and other departments to develop and maintain a dealer organization to obtain corporate sales and customer satisfaction goals, attain Company sales goals through informed and trained dealers, manage inventory to support sales potential, manage and protect Company’s assets within the regional and lead team in providing field feedback. A bachelor’s degree in business or marketing and/or a minimum of eight years of sales management experience, including working with dealer networks and supervising TMs is preferred. Knowledge of farming/agriculture, experience selling heavy industrial or agricultural equipment and knowledge of computer system use in sales management is also preferred. This position is home-based within the Central Region.
