Seeking Bi-Lingual Export Assistant / Administrative Assistant - Kuhl Corporation, Flemington NJ
Full Time - Monday to Friday - 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
We are seeking a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as an Export Assistant. In this role, you will provide support to various departments within the company and assist with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish for correspondence and calls and have experience with Microsoft Office and computers. Knowledge of import/export documents helpful. Handle logistics, customer inquiries, process orders, coordinate shipments, ensure compliance with export/import regulations and track delivery schedules.
Job Description:
- Create documents for international export in English and Spanish
- Correspond by email in English and Spanish
- Prepare freight quotes for international shipping
- Create shipping labels using courier websites
- Answer and direct phone calls/ open mail / office administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Excellent problem solving skills
