Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Junior Architect role located in Mena. The Junior Architect will contribute to architectural design projects, assist in developing innovative design solutions, and support project management tasks. Responsibilities also include preparing project documentation, collaborating with teams, integrating design elements with structural systems, and ensuring alignment with project objectives and client needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong ability to create both functional and visually compelling designs
- Experience or understanding of Project Management to support project timelines, deliverables, and client coordination
- Strong skills in Software Development and Integration relevant to architectural tools and platforms
- Keen attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field is required
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and local building codes is a plus
