As the WMS Local Super User you will provide enterprise-level technical support for Hunter Fan and its partners, focusing on daily warehouse operations. This dynamic role involves troubleshooting system issues, assisting with technical configurations, improving workflows, and supporting process documentation and training. - Resolve problems in response to customer/system-reported incidents via trouble tickets.
- Handle complex tasks escalated from support engineers.
- Prepare error diagnostics and detailed problem descriptions for escalation.
- Analyze and redesign workflows to improve service quality.
- Establish and communicate service metrics; monitor and implement changes.
- Participate in new technical improvement initiatives.
- Document process changes, workflow updates, and best practices.
- Ensure SOPs are accurate, accessible, and compliant with company and customer requirements.
- Support audits and compliance checks related to documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and cross-training employees on warehouse processes and SOPs.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and coaching to ensure compliance.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1 years of technical experience working with 3PL products including warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, and order management systems
- 1 years of operations experience working in warehousing or a supply chain environment
- 1 years of experience working with Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, or JDA is preferred
