Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data.

As Warehouse Team Lead for the Returns department at Kuehne Nagel, you will oversee the daily operations of our warehousing team, focusing on the efficient management of Returns processing.
- Team Leadership: Direct and supervise the activities of warehouse associates.
- Process Improvement: Recommend and implement processes to enhance operational efficiency and achieve departmental goals.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all personnel, equipment, and property adhere to safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure timely processing of returns orders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and Operations Manager to optimize workflows and resolve issues.
- Availability: Be prepared to work overtime as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a warehouse environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Must be Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish
- Must have experience working with WMS software
- Must be available to work Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (plus overtime as needed)
