What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sterling- Air Logistics Aerospace Customer Care Specialist position at kuehne-nagel?
- Take job orders from clients, (including but, not limited to routing shipments, classifying of service type, establishing a deadline and printing the job order)
- Maintain a high level of quality data entry and recordkeeping
- Provide clients with continuous notification and follow-up (including but not limited to flight and customs delays, proof-of-delivery, charges, problem resolution,)
- Work closely with Quick offices, service partners and Q/A representatives to ensure continuous follow-up
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients
- Includes understanding the clients internal requirements and nuances to better service their needs
- Demonstrate ability to produce quality work on a consistent basis
- Understand and embrace the company mission by providing the highest quality global transportation and logistics services for our customers
- Ensure compliance with all required training certifications
